Cheflink Seafood is delighted to be the sole distributor of Norcod, the finest Premium Farmed Atlantic Cod available to the Irish, UK and French markets today. Produced through sustainable farming methods by Norwegian company Norcod, this premium product is famous worldwide for its unrivalled taste, texture and freshness.
Norcod is delivered fresh from the Norwegian fjords. Thanks to Sirena Group’s trusted network, and Cheflink’s logistics arm, Eurolink Food Transport, the delivery time to Europe is reduced. Our Atlantic Cod reaches customers in Ireland, the UK and France in only days from the time it leaves the water ensuring the highest quality of the product is being delivered to our client companies.
PrimStar
Cheflink Seafood is the sole distributor of PrimStar Aquaculture Crevettes in Ireland. We are pleased to confirm we also have exclusivity for distribution in Ireland of Primstar Premium Sea Tigers.
Tilapia
Cheflink Seafood is also the main distributor of fresh Columbian Tilapia and Cachama in Ireland with Tilapez, European distributors of fresh Tilapia. Tilapez Tilapia is Best Aquaculture Practices Certified compliant – hatchery, feed, farming and processing. The company adheres to the 4 pillars of the scheme to enhance responsible farming – Care of the environment, Animal welfare, Food Safety, and Health and Safety of the workforce.
Lough Neagh Co op
Cheflink are delighted to partner with Lough Neagh Fisherman’s Cooperative on the sale of their range of wild products. Together we will bring a premium range of wild Irish seafood products to the market. This range will include Trout, Perch, Pollan, Pike, Bream, Roach and Eel.
Lough Neagh Fisherman’s Coop pride themselves on the fact their fish live wild and feed on natural substrates helping to produce some of the best quality freshwater fish in Europe. Each species has a predetermined season, and depending on availability, can be ordered fresh. The majority of the stocks are blast frozen at the time of processing, to ensure high quality product availability throughout the year.
Kingfish Zeeland – Kingfish Dutch Yellowtail
Together with our Partners in Holland, Kingfish Zeeland we bring a sustainable Kingfish Yellowtail to the market. This Dutch Yellowtail is certified by Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).
Dutch Yellowtail is served as Sushi, Sashimi, smoked, or cooked as a fillet or a whole fish. We are delighted to now be able to deliver a consistent supply of this product for our customers in Ireland and the UK. Kingfish Zeeland is inspired by sustainable aquaculture, protecting our depleting oceans. The growing process focuses on antibiotic-free growth using the highest grade of GMO-free feed. Their operations are run on 100% renewable energy.
